There are many encounters with lots of enemies, and Kena doesn’t have a lot of AoE combat options until the very end of the game. Grunt enemies, flying enemies, or enemies with projectiles can hit you from off screen. Many moves have two hitboxes, and Kena isn’t invincible when she gets knocked down, so it’s possible to get stun locked from full health to death in certain encounters.
